Why, in Shopping Bag, interrogation points appear near "Shipping" and "Total Amount"?
A:
These interrogation points are displayed when the shipping address in the form "My Information"
is not completed. In order to calculate the shipping cost, we need to know the shipping address.

Can I pay with my credit card?
A:
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Also, with PayPal and Google Checkout, you can pay with your credit card. The transactions are secure.
Please, be aware that with Google Checkout, the amount will be charged in $ USD.
Whatever the method of payment you choose, we never record any financial information.

How can I do to add an insurance to shipping cost?
A:
We ship everything with insurance. The insurance amount is automatically calculated and added to
the amount of the shipping cost. You have nothing to do to select this insurance.
Q:
How can I convert the measurements and the sizes in metric?
A:
For the measurements in "inch", you have to multiply by 2.54 in order to have "centimeters".
About the size, we recommand you to use the conversion tables on Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
